Coastal Systems International, Inc. has extensive experience in obtaining Joint Coastal Permits (JCP) from the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). This consolidated process facilitates state and federal approval for projects which require a combination of permits including coastal construction, environmental resource and wetland resource permits, and sovereign submerged land authorizations.

JCP applications are submitted to the DEP Office of Beaches and Coastal Systems for review of engineering feasibility and potential environmental impacts of projects proposed below the mean high water line in the coastal zone.
